perfect location, excellent air conditioning, spacious rooms

Soundproofing needs major improvement!!! Street noise can ruin your stay!!! Bathrooms require maintenance, especially with hard water damage. Parking situation is inconvenient with limited hours!!!

The room was nice, but the noise from the street was unbearable all night.

The location brings you close to the action of the city, with easy access to bus and taxi services. The architectural vibe provides a unique atmosphere that you'd be hard-pressed to replicate elsewhere.

Soundproofing is nonexistent. street noise filters in even on the third floor, with disturbances from nearby bars diminishing only in late evening. Room quality varies significantly—our first room was improperly constructed and carried unpleasant drain odors, while another was plagued by incessant machinery clattering throughout the night. Additionally, hot water remained a myth throughout the stay, which dampened the experience further.

I loved being just a short walk from the beautiful Mejorada Park, where I could relax and soak in the city's energy, and it was fantastic to be so close to amazing dining options like Apoala Mexican Cuisine, making my weekends full of delicious food and scenic strolls.

i was so looking forward to a luxurious stay, but alas, my room had windows that couldn’t open, giving it a delightful prison vibe. roadwork noise was unbearable too. i expected a complimentary upgrade or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience, but apparently that’s too much to ask. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

the hotel has modern furnishings and big TV in the room. but no hooks in the bathroom.

The cozy vibe of our Superior King Room added a nice touch to our stay. Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit of a trek, so plan accordingly! 😄

had a fantastic stay at kavia! the location was unbeatable, just a block from the main plaza. we loved the easy access to restaurants and vendors. the staff was super helpful with parking, which is a bit of a walk, but worth it for such a lively area. totally enjoyed the cozy vibe of our superior king room.

I stayed in the Superior King Room for one night. The bed was super comfy, and I loved that I could see the cathedral from the window! The hot water was a nice perk too, but the building is pretty old, so you can see some wear and tear. The big TV was a fun bonus, and the location is just fantastic for exploring!

The staff at kavia were professional and helpful, especially during our room change. the location was vibrant, with cafes and parks nearby for evening strolls.

Location was just incredible! ! We were right next to everything, and the kids loved exploring the streets full of vendors. Every evening was like a festival, and the energy there was palpable.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but still pretty reasonable for what we got.
